Deposits:
Deposits are 20% of the total invoiced amount. Balance payments are due when kits are ready to ship or before, Bostig determines the balance payment due dates. Failure to pay the balance payment in a timely manner can result in loss of deposit and kit delivery. If balance payments are not made within 2 weeks of becoming due, the deposit and kit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable. By placing a deposit, you are agreeing to pay the remaining balance amount no later than 2 weeks after a conversion kit is ready, or balance payment is requested.
Production & Returns:
Delivery schedules are best-estimates and not guaranteed. We do the best we can to hit the estimated ship window, but being a micro-scale manufacturer sometimes means getting bumped in scheduling for larger customers. We send email updates with ship estimates whenever possible. We do not accept returns due to the customized nature and low volume of our products.
Support:
Support is offered under the sole discretion of Bostig and its employees, not as a guaranteed service. Bostig reserves the right to suspend support to customers at any time.
